Matt is always thorough with each circuit and positioning when doing the class so there is never overextension/risk of injury. He is able to tell you which weight range to stick to and what goals you should have for yourself. He is great at guiding and helping with whatever you have a question on. All around a clean facility with everything you need and more.

It was a great class! Afterburn was challenging. I felt motivated being surrounded by encouraging people. Matt was also wonderful when it came to explaining each station and modification for each. Thanks for a great class, Matt!
