• From making the appt to leaving, the experience was wonderful every step of the way. The person who answered the phone when I called was kind and thorough, answering all questions in a not-rushed manner. When I walked in, the salon looks serene, clean, calming and inviting. One of the gals helped my friend and I choose a color and answered our questions. The nail specialists, Katrina and Michelle, did a wonderful job on our nails. My friend and I were very pleased with the end result. We both noticed that the tools are clean and new, as they were pulled from a new package. We appreciated the sterile tools. We agreed that we'd both come back.
