• Sofia is one of the best nail techs I have ever had. She's fun, professional, and her work is fastidious. The only problem is that she's booked all the time, wonderful for her, sometimes difficult for us when we really need her. My biggest complaint about the company, is that I can't even get through to Sophia. I couldn't get in asked if Sophia could contact me so I could ask her to call, her what colors we use for my French nochip. I needed to go elsewhere for a quick fix because my nails were breaking and chipping. No one responded. So I didn't go anywhere and I ended up having to remove my nochip. That was bad company policy.
