Great trainer (Angel), great structure to the workout. I like the individual aspect where it is just you and the station you're at, but there's also the group energy that pushes you. The lights down low and music helps too. You really get it in in just thirty minutes!

Loved the way Mondays class went with using stations first and then doing floor work. I find it difficult when doing floor work with gloves on, going between equipment and floor
