Focusmaster Fitness provides a very effective total body workout. Each 30 minute class offers a variety of exercises to accommodate all levels of fitness. Everyone who comes to class is motivated and friendly. The coaches are a supportive team that will help you achieve your best results! The facility is clean and professional. Very convenient location.
