The Coaches are approachable and supportive, constantly motivating and encouraging but always remembering to teach proper form. The schedule of classes make it easy to get to class with an always changing work schedule. The 30 minutes are insane but in a good way - just when you think you can't go any further a combination or an exercise reignite your inner fire to push through the end. Afterwards the feeling of accomplishment is a rush - so much that you can't wait to go back for more. Caution - it can be addictive!
