CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

By complementing the body's natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.

To receive other special prices you must bring in a printed copy of the email or ad offering the special.

Therapy time is approximately 5 minutes less than the scheduled appointment time. Therapy time includes any necessary consultation with your therapist. If you have not completed your required health intake form prior to your scheduled time your actual therapy time will be reduced. As you have probably noticed we are very busy. On occasion, we can run a few minutes behind schedule. If it is our fault your therapy time will not be reduced. Traffic is never our fault. If you are late for your scheduled appointment time your therapy time will be reduced. We recommend arriving early so that your mind and body can start to relax prior to your therapy.
