• Just one visit and my life is different. I have been breathing shallowly for all my adult life and probably before that as well. I have breathed deeply almost every breath for the last 4 days and my mind is BLOWN! There's so much space in my lungs and so much more peace and restfulness in my mind. And to think that the interconnectivity between our difficult experiences and the injuries we have; I never made the connection, but it is impossible not to see how they are tied together now. My visit with Scott has changed my life, quite literally, and I look forward to more changes to come!
