• The process was a little difficult being a new person. I did not where to park. I had move car then it was not clear which bldg to go to. That made me have to walk in the pouring rain to other bldg .I wasn't going to come back. But Cindy changed whole experience. I will be coming back to see Cindy only. Thanks
