• I had shoulder surgery in March 2021. After it healed enough for a massage, I started coming to Stephanie about once a week. I was also doing physical therapy two times weekly and doing exercises every day. I have no doubt that Stephanie's massage therapy was implemental in the healing and strengthening process of my shoulder.
