• It's been a real hassle to use the two , $100 gift certificates I received. I mean a really big hassle. Each time I used them, it took fifteen minutes to process. If it wasn't for the fact that I like my therapist, I will still give you my business. What is the problem? Do the other clients receive the same encounter? My experience was horrible. Can I trust you, if I give a certificate to a friend? It almost seems like you've never redeemed a certificate before me. Or was I given poor service? Sincerely, Dan Clark
