  • My appointment was at 4:30. I arrived at 4:00 since it was my first visit to make sure I was in plenty of time, had time to go to the restroom etc. to make sure I got all of my appointment time. I texted the "I am here" message. I never got a response so i started getting worried that I'd done something wrong when it was within 5 minutes of my appointment time. I called the other number on the sign outside that said "call this if you don't get a response" and couldn't reach a person. So I went to building A and rang the bell. Just as someone came to the door, I got a text saying to come to building B with 4 minutes until my appointment time. For a type A personality like me that gets places early and plans things out, etc., it would've been nice to get a response text right away OR in the text from earlier in the day for it to say that I might not receive a response until right before my appointment. It just wasn't a great way to start a relaxing experience when at a new place and not knowing how things work. So I got to my room right at the time and we talked over my issues which I understand is part of the therapy time, but then she was gone a long time for me to get undressed. Like a long time. But then she was great. But that's why I gave it a 9 instead of a 10. But a 9 is still a great experience.
