• Very professional and friendly from the moment I walked in. Kelli, the massage therapist, was thorough, professional and was sensitive to a balance of conversation and sometimes silence. I appreciated that. She seemed very knowledgeable in her skill and was able to apply it well. She was helpful in alleviating tension and pain. I'm grateful! The one thing that I mentioned to her is to possibly have a more soothing type of music playing than what was playing at the time. She was gracious to turn the volume lower at my request.
