• Massages are the only relief well real relief I get for my muscles. They are constantly twitching and throbbing in pain. You can actually see them twitching most of the time. I have a twitch in my right eye constantly, all the time. It never stops, well it did after my surgery on my right shoulder but then it started back a couple weeks later. It feels so good getting a deep tissue massage. The harder the muscle is pushed the more rest it gets. They are all tied up in so many balls/knots clusters of them all over my body. The majority are in my back shoulders and neck and probably arms too. It was great though and yes I plan on coming back soon.
