They are friendly, attentive, and Michelle and Alyssa give a personalized experience that is unmatched with other salons I have used previously in the valley. Aurora listens to all hair concerns and actually addresses them with well planned solutions so it's a dialogue based on customer need/want and not just what the stylist/colorist wants to do. As a result my hair has never looked better.
