I love Heather's class. It is challenging for me but she is so encouraging and she'll give options for modifications.
I have been going to Flux for years. I love the individuality of each teacher. I love when they provide adjustments and feedback to improve my practice. I also love the special extras. For example, using the straps and blocks, wet towels at the end of class, essential oils, adjustments, brief massage, and motivational thoughts.
