• I always get the best service the second I walk in. I'm greeted when I arrive. The salon smells good. It's quiet and relaxing. The recliners are cozy and I have a blanket to keep me warm. My lashes are always on point; Stephanie is an eyelash master! I refer everyone to Flutter for their lashes because I know they'll receive the same care I do. Great price point as well. I would not go anywhere else.
