• I went to Flutter and Wink because I had been to another salon that had messed up my lashes! Pretty much ruined them. Shay (who is amazing) was honest with me and said I need to take them off for 6 weeks and start over which was very hard to hear. I did buy the serum she suggested and within 5 weeks I returned to healthy lashes and she started over fresh and I have never been more happy with my lashes!!!! Shay is an amazing asset to your company!!! Love her!!!! And I have since gotten so many compliments on my lashes!!!!! ❤️
