• Rehgan did an amazing job on my lashes. She's very gentle working around my eyes, makes it comfortable and relaxing. I have also gotten a fill from another person at flutter and Wink, and I feel more confident in Rehgan's work. She has a very planned, methodical approach to ensure that my lashes are evenly dispersed and we'll attached to my eyelashes. Her lashes stay on at least twice as long as the other person's application - maybe 3x as long! She's very professional and very thorough.
