• I came in for a consultation and was first impressed with the spaciousness and comfortability of Fluff Bar's space. My consultation was with Jami who answered all my questions (and made me feel comfortable about asking dumb ones) and addressed my concerns honestly. I felt as if she were working with me to determine if this was a good fit and not like Jami was simply trying to sell a product. It was a (refreshingly unusual!) true consultation, not a high-pressure sales pitch. I appreciated her candor a great deal.
