I loved Alex's class. It was exactly what I needed that day and I am excited to take more classes in the future. As a plus size person with invisible disability, I have waited years to go to a yoga class outside the comfort of having my closest friend as an instructor, but she lives far away. I've wanted a close to home studio, but I've been terrified of judgement and my need for modifications. I was met with the exact opposite of that at this class and I truly couldn't be more grateful. I'm excited to deepen my practice further at FlowFit.
