Flow Space creates a warm and welcoming space that allows me to fully commit to my yoga practice. This is by far the best experience I have had on my mat.

Great environment, comfortable and truly peaceful. Staff was very helpful and kind. Teachers are knowledgeable both in kinesiology and practice, approachable and encourage individual approach to practice as needed for everyone's level and ability.
