The atmosphere, the people, and the caliber of instruction is so spectacular. I always feel welcome, seen, and supported whenever I take aerial yoga classes at Flow Space. There are no expectations, and I always come out of class feeling like I learned something and fed my body and soul with meaningful exercise. Serena is the best yoga instructor I've ever had!

I chose this score because I feel safe to be all of me when I am there. There's an incredible staff and variety of classes! The price is right and location is beautiful! Flow Space is essential to my well-being: body, mind, and spirit. When I'm there, its like family... flowhome.
