Flow Space is a wonderful place whether you are just beginning with yoga or wanting a more advanced flow, they have something for everyone! The yogis are so caring, and help you modify poses based upon your needs
The class was very fun and enjoyable. The teachers were awesome. It's a beautiful space and I definitely want to come back.
