Flowspace is the real thing- rooted in movement and free expression, the dance... all of the teachers are awesome and they lead the classes as ceremonies and real spiritual connections with our community which is awesome and exactly what I am looking for.
I feel comfortable with flow space. It's a warm and welcoming environment. Flow space encourages me to be active and makes me feel comfortable while doing so.
