• YOUR QUESTION should have read ... would you recommend SPA FLOW to your family or friends ...... no question a yes answer for me .. based on knowledge /cleanness / and information supplied with respect to the issues described . left with a comfort level the staff actually cared about my well being with out pressure to return or any hard sell or committment to future appointments or routines ... just a enjoyable experience that I will repeat as the need is required .

• Floating makes my life better. I have ADHD, PMDD, and a very busy job and family. For me it is the alone time and sensory deprivation that makes the experience so good. Further, I love the staff and atmosphere at flow spa. I also like how easy it is to just arrive float and then continue on with the world. The only thing I would like is a couple more hooks to hang up my outfit/coat etc and maybe 1 more towel. But those are tiny things. Thank you for being so awesome.
