The first day I went in just to talk to someone to see what classes they recommended and I wanted to feel a connection and I did . 🤗 Laura spoke in a soft manner and showed compassion as I told her my story, she went as far as to walk out away from back of the counter to give me a hug 🤗. The day of my first actual class I was greeted and made sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable , the instructor watched and made sure I was ok with the poses and at the end of the class asked a few questions and she answered some of my questions and at the end she gave me a hug 🤗🙏🏼😊 They all made me feel welcomed and relaxed.

The friendliness of the staff and the ambiance of the environment was the first thing..... but Gina s attention to insuring each participant was doing their best pose was different from any yoga practice I've ever been to
