Teacher was lovely, the class was fantastic, the studio had a lovely feel, the waiting area is amazing.
Only my 2nd visit to Flow and my first reformer class. Just struggled a bit with the moves and techniques , but I know it will only get better each time I go. Instructor was lovely, could hear her clearly and she explained well, but I knew I wasn't doing some of them the way they should be done. It can only get better. I enjoyed my first foundation Pilates the night before, but couldn't see what Hayley was doing so was watching the lady next to me. I am thoroughly enjoying it 👍
