Loved the class, great clear instructions with plenty of options.
I always feel fabulous after this class. The gentle excercise and relaxation sets me up for a great day.

Daniele is a fantastic meditation instructor. I've been to other places and no one comes close. He is so calming and full of knowledge. I'm FIFO so when I come home it's exactly what I need. Just wish my kids would let me go more often. Haha. But no Daniele is the reason I come to the meditation sessions. He is very enlightening and I feel very in touch with how I am feeling in his classes and makes all my stress go away.
