Every class is different, each teacher has there own style of teaching the class. I've been a member for over 6 months, I couldn't imagine starting my day without Pilates, it's just the best!! Such friendly, genuine staff who encourage you to work within your range and how you feel on the day. I'm still learning different exercises even after 6 months. Thank you so much I've definitely found an exercise that I totally love, You guys are totally amazing.
