Instructor Friendly., explained use of equipment and class movements clearly with options,form during class was corrected as needed which made me feel more confident I was doing things correctly. Group was also friendly and made to feel welcome as a newbie

Fun, sweaty, low intensity....if I won't it to be, and relieves me of guilt that I'm not exercising 😂
