Because the atmosphere and friendliness in all the stuff was amazing- and the commitment to making sure we are all going at our own level by the teacher was great☺️
Really enjoyed the class. My only complaint was the music is a bit loud and it is hard to hear the teacher over it, also the music was not what I would expect to hear in a yoga studio. Not the most relaxing music to find your zen with.

Liz is an incredible instructor who made the class feel safe and at ease. The lesson was punctuated with valuable insights and humour. Much more specific, carefully modelled instruction than I've had previously in the yoga classes I've tried, and a much deeper experience as a result. I've now booked in for the next one!
