Very friendly practice am hopeless at yoga can't do half the poses due to limited range of movement but class teachers always give me options which i can do 😊
Already recommended Pilates to family
I had my first class yesterday after a really tough year and years of not practicing yoga. It was tough but also really rewarding and I felt no pressure to do more than I could, everyone including the instructor were so kind. I'll be back!
