I felt very warm and at home. Just enough exercise for me and a beautiful meditation followed by friendly people and herbal tea
I left feeling amazing, loved Daniele’s knowledge and holistic approach to teaching. I also enjoyed the diversity within the group giving a sense of inclusivity.
