I had my first experience yesterday and it made me feel so relaxed. The instructor was nice and friendly and the receptionist was so helpful and welcoming!
Flow is not only a beautiful space, with such friendly staff and clients, but Anouk is an amazing instructor who excels in her knowledge of the human body, and is always introducing new and challenging moves to the class.
