Boz I have been to flow hot yoga as Pilate for more then two years and really enjoy coming to classes specially reformers Pilate. Teaches are very good and try to help you.
all the teachers are passionate about their yoga
however I would like to see more yoga classes as compared to pilates
Our first visit was fabulous. The ladies were very friendly and helpful. We'll be back.
