Really enjoyed the class. Was very accommodating of my yoga skill level and abilities.
Great teacher, loved the explanations of the chakra, enjoy the large open space and the cold towel at the end was lovely 💚 overall a great environment
It was a great class! I love Daniele's classes and all the classes I attend - lots of great very knowledgeable instructors and a great variety of classes - just a lovely place with wonderful people!
Felt respected in terms of modifications I would need for exercise as I'm old and have no flexibility😀
