Flow has always felt very welcoming to me--it doesn't seem as dude bro-y as other gyms I've been to, and I appreciate that there women both teach and take the strength class (and generally speaking, don't seem to get chased out of the weights areas). I have recommended Flow to people already.

The gym is very spacious, and clean. I also love that you have to reserve time to go to the gym so it's not overalls crowded. Also the instructors in the classes are very knowledge and nice to have. Thanks!
