I called the owner Tuesday morning cause I was so drained and feeling exhausted. She got back to me right away and said Sona can come at 7pm to my house. Sona showed up exactly at 7 and explained everything to me and started the IV drip.
Sona was awesome and had extensive knowledge in what she does. I felt amazing afterwards and woke up feeling great afterwards. I highly recommend Florade and Sona.

Came here for a facial with pumpkin peel and SONA did such a wonderful job. I was a little nervous because I hadn't done a peel before but she made me really comfortable and walked me through the whole facial process and told me all about the products she was using as well. Facials are part pain (extractions! you need them!) and part relaxation (massage! masks!) and in the end they are so so worth it.
I can't wait to come back in a couple months.
The interior of the place is large and clean. They have a nice waiting area. Staff at the front desk was great. Parking lot though is small and awkward. Would be hard to come here on a day with a lot of people out and about.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 1343482494Oct 8, 2018

As a "newbie" to this experience I was a bit hesitant, but her demeanor and knowledge put me at ease.

Warning to other customers! I have a credit on my account with Florade Wellness and called last Saturday July 6 to make an appt for July 13th. The reception said she would get back with me by Monday to see if Helena would be available. Since I didn't hear back from them. On Tuesday I called several times and couldn't even leave a message because their voice mail box was full. I sent an email, no response. I drove after work on Tuesday to see what was going on and this is what was posted on the window. Notice of Eviction!!! I met another customer waiting in her car for a 6:15 appt. nobody showed up for her appt and she paid in advance. Do not pay online in advance. You may not get your service that you paid for or your money back. Helena, please let your clients know where you are. We will follow.

Hi L, I have attempted to contact you privately but haven't gotten a response. During the time you have posted this review, I had mentioned that we were relocating offices to Sherman Oaks which is why I had to check on Helena's schedule and get back to you on when you could make an appointment. As for the other clients, they had been contacted and have returned as loyal customers to our new location (with Helena). We take pride in our customer service and transparency.

Lengthy, but PLEASE read!
I purchased a $165 groupon for a VI Peel. I called and made an appointment for that same day. When i got to the app they informed me that it was cancelled bc the Esta Titian could not make it because she is also a nurse and has another job. So I rescheduled my appointment. When I went back for my second appointment they told me that my groupon wasn't working so i paid the groupon price there in cash. to later find out that they had used my groupon code after all. so they got paid twice they also told me that I would not be getting the VI Peel instead I will be getting the perfect derma peel, which is the exact same thing as the VI peel. She told me DO NOT use any of the moisturize that comes in the kit bc she wanted my skin to stay really dry so the peel could work. Seven days later my face started to break out in a horrible rash around my mouth and I was breaking out all over like crazy. I was supposed to go for a 10 day post op visit but every time I call they tell me that they have to call me back or they tell me that the lady who did the peel the first time is not in and that I only can talk to her because she's the one who's treating me. So I have called and tried to get in touch with her four different times and left my number and left a message for her to call me back which she hasn't done. Today I just called and Spoke with the receptionist and she said that she doesn't know the next time the lady who did my peel is going to be in because she makes her own schedule and she can come and go as she pleases. which is probably why she told me that I didn't need a postop appointment that I could just call that same day and stop in for her to just check my skin and see what's going on. I called again later today & the other lady at the receptionist desk told me that that's not true I have to make an appointment anytime I want to speak with any of them. WHICH ONE IS IT? so right now there's a rash on my face from the peel and I cannot get in touch with the aesthetician that did my service and it'sbeen over a week and a half.

Let me clarify...I TRIED to make a PO appt with the lady who did the peel. I asked her about it as she was finishing up & Again, she told me that she wanted to see me 10days later, that she works on mondays, and that i could come in at any time that day, just call right before i came. cause she said it only takes about 10mins. At about day 7 is when i tried to make a sooner follow up appointment bc i was breaking out in a rash from the peel. I called MULTIPLE times and left MULTIPLE messages for her and never heard back from anyone. I asked if i could see someone else & they told me i could only see her.
Also, Sona B... instead of trying to deliver great customer service and ask how i'm doing, how they can help, or saying they will look into it and try to work on the issues i mentioned... Sona B basically called me a liar and is insinuating that everything is my fault. Further proving my point that this place is a horrible place to go to because that is exactly how they treat you.

This client is upset because when she wanted to walk in to see the Esthetician and not make a follow up appointment. The nurse explained to her that the VI Peel and the Perfect Peel works the same. She agreed to get the Perfect Peel. We DID NOT redeem her groupon. If we redeemed her groupon, why did she pay us for the same service? Thanks.

I saw this place on Groupon and I thought I would give them a try . I went in purchased a package directly from them for three treatments . I had my first treatment it was okay saw no difference . I scheduled my second treatment they canceled on me last minute on the day of and said the therapist had an emergency and I was more then understanding and rescheduled to a later date which I then had to reschedule due to a work meeting running late and the owner texted me that she was going to charge me $50 as a " cancellation " fee and I asked her what about my last appointment that I was canceled last minute did I charge you guys a fee ? NO and then she had the nerve to say you changed your appointment last time and we waived the cancellation fee since when changing a appointment time grants a business to charge a cancellation fee ? I will be canceling my remaining sessions with them .

I went to this place one time cause they had a special on Botox. The job was fine, nothing special, like every other place, but I was happy with results so I brought my mom for consultation. The nurse told my mom that she won't be able to get her the results she's hoping for which was fair enough. I asked about doing my chin and she said to wait a bit.
So I waited and called a few weeks ago to schedule an appointment. I was told that she's not doing that treatment. That was weird to me cause she told me she does but fine, if they don't they don't.
A few days ago my friend scheduled an appointment for us for Botox. Two days before the appointment they call to tell me that based on my last visit they won't treat me and the appointment is cancelled. What happened on my last visit??? I have NO CLUE!!! So unprofessional and disappointing.
Seriously I'm amazed by their terrible customer service.
Well her answer just gives a feedback to my review about the bad customer service they have.
I'm not moving from one place to the other, I actually went to an amazing place but they are so busy and an appointment must be scheduled 3 months before the service is needed and I just didn't want to wait that long.
As I said, service was fine, it's just Botox after all, so I came back and brought my mom too but the customer service is terrible, and that is way more important!
It sounds like you don't really know what happened and u just make excuses for the bad customer service you guys provide. We value our customers and provide quality service. This client goes from place to place and was not satisfied until she found us. If we are like "all" the rest of the other places, why did she schedule another appointment with us? I hope this sheds some light on why she gave us a low review. Thank you.

It is normally hard for me to be impressed by medspas because I've always felt they all did the "same job" but I can honestly say this has been one of the best treatments I've ever had in my entire life. I got Restylane injected my under eyes and instantly there was a color improvement and immediate fullness results. I am so happy and feel so beautiful. I used to wake up insecure about my eyes and always had to wear makeup but the injector was so knowledgeable she knew what exactly to do.

Hard to imagine these folks will manage to stay in business, the receptionists have very little understanding of what they are doing, and have managed to upset the client, the therapist and possibly the owner.
Having been given a gift via Groupon for my wife and I to have a colonic and having been to this location once before, we booked and they quickly found us in the system. Groupons are only good for the 1st visit but the receptionist asked me to hold and came back to say she had an OK to fit us both in at the same time and would honor the Groupon.
When we showed up they attempted to charge us the full price and told us that Groupon was a 3rd party, take it up with them. They refused to honor the Groupon and stated that you can only use it once, as we had been there 2 years prior, it was invalid. I stated that we had been through all this the day before when we booked but we just got the blank stare of the truly stupid and "I'm sorry, its policy".
I asked her to check with the manager but that person was not "available". I asked her to check with the therapists to see if they would honor the Groupon, they are independent contractors after all. No, she won't check, no Manager. no sale. The thing is, she looked so pleased to be unhelpful.
So, 2 therapists are sitting idle for an hour each, no tip, no pay. 2 customers who will never ever ever come back. I hope the owner reads this: you need new staff, they are costing you money. I do not write that many reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case,the experience was that bad.Helpful 10Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0May 17, 2015Previous reviewI cannot say enough about Elysia, insist on her, she is gentle, caring and really knows her stuff. She is very much present for the whole time, massaging and educating you on diet, exercise, supplements and anything related to colon wellness.
She makes you completely comfortable in what, let's face it, is an pretty uncomfortable situation; I cannot recommend her enough.
The spa itself is spotless and nicely decorated, staff are friendly and it is nice to have a reminder come in via text about you appt.
Groupon 3 session deal is the only way, 1 session is not enough for anyone.
