• Incredibly welcoming (new client name on welcome sign at front door, staff knew who I was immediately and welcomed me and introduced self), prepared me well for class (reminder text with 1st class instructions, tour of studio, instructor introduced self and took time to speak with me before class to eval my previous experience and goals for practice), individualized and supportive (staff reviewed intake sheet and helped match classes to my goals/level, staff checked in with me after class to see how I was feeling, handout on what to expect after class and care at home after class). Instructor was helpful, informative, supportive, passionate about practice and teaching. Facility was visually inviting and peaceful. Overall amazing experience! Can't wait yo go back for my next class!
