• I gave a 10 because I couldn't give an 11+. The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable and as soon as I walk in, I immediately feel relaxed and welcome. Floating Lotus Spa is my happy place. I walked in with terrible neck and shoulder pain and could not move my neck from side to side. Kevin spent 90 minutes patiently working out the knots and kinks, and I could feel the excess fluids drain from my neck and shoulders. I will definitely be back.
