• The booking process was great and fast. Beth, my therapist is excellent, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

• The massages were great. However, we had a problem making the reservations. My mom made the reservation which was not easy. The front desk clerk could not understand the name(s) of the person making the reservation and the people the names were being reserved for the massages. We were told that the female had to have a female masseuse and the male would have a male masseuse. Well that was not the case but it all worked out. The last issue was the checkout. My mom was told she need to put a credit card on hold just in case we didn't show up. She made the reservations to pay for it as gift. At the end of the session, we were left to pay the bill and the front desk reception said there was no card on hold. The visit was confusing and seems no structure for reservations.
