• Every time I go to Floating Lotus Spa I am impressed even more. I had a sensational signature facial with Leah. She's so skilled and knowledgeable, a true skin expert. I felt like I was in such good hands.

• The massage therapist Kristin was a 10, but it would have been nice if the receptionist seated me in the relaxation room instead of sitting right across from her while she was on the phone. Also when I was walking around in the plaza, she couldn't give me directions to the spa.
