• I was a bit concerned about how I'd feel being confined, but the whole process was explained really well and I was put at ease. I found it incredibly relaxing, and as I'm suffering from stress and anxiety at the moment, it was exactly what I had hoped for. Also, husband mentioned that I should float more often because I wasn't grumpy at all :)
