My only feedback would be more face cloths, a few times you have run out and I dont mind a hand towel but had to ask for one! love the post-float Kapow tea and comfy seats and pillows, and reading about others experience. I love that i'm the only one sitting there afterwards ;-) A fab couple of hours to escape, chill out with a cuppa before venturing out into the world.
