• Experience generally met my usual expectations. A couple of minor improvement suggestions: 1) after the float, the water went cold during shower and took a while to get the right temperature, 2) trying to find the right music. It's a big ask but it would be great if I could fast forward the track in the float please, once you are in there you only have option to stop if you don't like the track, and it's disruptive to get out to ask for a change. Also, I like quiet after the float and occasionally you get people who talk afterward, sometimes this is a couple - i know this is hard to manage, as the lounge area is small. thanks .

• The place was clean, flash, well organised, and they lady that worked there as well as when I called were so helpful, also the lovely usable products while there. Have told many people already. The experience in the tank was amazing as well, and shower.
