• Its a relaxed experience from the moment you walk into the building and up the stairs and see the quiet zone sign, the premises have a clean, modern scandanavian/japanese homely feel, homemade kombucha, comfy sofa with cushions, meditation books, shakti mat, tea tray, and then you go into the float zone. Shut the door and you are alone for the next 1.5 hours. The amount of detail and care; ear plugs, personalised music, tissues, wet wipes, moisturiser, vanity mirror, dressing gown - makes you feel you are being looked after. No rush, a place of calm and peacefulness, pure escape. It's amazing. The only piece missing is scented candles - citrus or vanilla would be the perfect addition!
