My experience was so close to perfection it was great. You wouldn't allow 9.5. That being said, I seldom rate anything at the top of the scale.

Maria was an informative and very pleasant person. The float experience met my standards and more. Skin feels great and healthy afterwards. My mom definitely loves it. Would recommend for anyone with anxiety problems and psoriasis. Was a treat!
