Cleanliness, on time, lady at the front desk was VERY friendly and helpful, was patient and answered our questions thoroughly, after the our floats, did not feel rushed to wrap it up. Two things though, I couldn't shut off the music (Room 1 I think) and had to leave the pod wet in the supplied towel to ask the lady up front to be shut off the music manually, which she did 🙂. Not a problem with me, I know things happen, but maybe have that button fixed at some point. Also, as I was wet walking in the hallway to the front desk to have the music shut off, maybe some rugs or textured flooring material in the hallway as it was very slippery. Once again, no problem with me. I get things happen. My friend had no problems 🙂 . We would like to visit again. 🙂 Thank you, we really enjoyed our visit and after talked about the good experience of our floats (and see the value of repeating them) that same evening during our walk on the beach and then over dinner in Belmont Shore. Relaxing day! Thank you for kicking off a nice Saturday for us. All around, 10!
