Every experience at float therapy spa has been extremely relaxing, leaving me very calm and able to go about my day with a clear focused mind. My mood is happier and I feel more energized. Surprisingly, I was able to take quick power naps while in the pods, which is why I am so energized afterwards. This leaves me ready to conquer any tasks/errands for the day, along with this, I become very efficient with my everyday routine. Just loving life.
